Experience That Counts.
Leadership You Can Trust.

Teton County deserves leadership that understands this place, understands county government, and is willing to do the hard work. I’m running for County Commissioner to ensure our valley grows responsibly while protecting the character, land, and community values that make this place home.

A Message from Kim Keeley

For the last eight years, I have served as your Clerk to the Board of Teton County Commissioners. I have had a front-row seat to county government, managing budgets, navigating complex elections, and keeping the county moving through moments of both progress and division.

I know how decisions move from an agenda item to an actual result. I know what happens after the vote.

But there comes a point when watching is not enough. My term as Clerk is ending, and I am stepping forward to serve from the decision-making side of the table. I am running for County Commissioner because I believe Teton County needs practical, disciplined leadership grounded in the realities of working families and small businesses.

From Main Street to the Courthouse: Leadership Built on Experience.

01 / EXPERIENCE

Eight Years of Inside Government Experience

As your County Clerk—and past President of the Idaho Clerks Association—county government is not theoretical to me. I have managed county finance, court responsibilities, personnel issues, and statutory deadlines. I know which processes work, which ones create problems, and how to make the system work efficiently for you.

02 / BUSINESS

26 Years as a Local Business Owner

In 1999, I bought the historic Victor Emporium. For over two decades, I co-owned and operated that doors-open daily responsibility. We served more than a million shakes, weathered two recessions, and employed hundreds of local teenagers. I know firsthand that every dollar matters, every employee matters, and every decision has long-term consequences.

03 / ROOTS

Deeply Rooted in Teton Valley Since 1993

My connection to public service started outside. As a former fly fishing guide and a biology graduate, I have a deep respect for our land and water. In 1993, I chose Teton Valley as my permanent home and physically built my house along Fox Creek. I know what it feels like to fight to stay in a place you love, and I will fight to ensure future generations can afford to live here, too.
